Not sure about the other buildings but my building has been having an ongoing problem with mice and roaches for months now and they can't seem to get it resolved. They are ignoring our problem about certain things falling apart because they are outdated and no longer have parts for them but aren't willing to upgrade them. There's also times when you can expect to run into drug addicts in the laundry rooms because there are no locks for the external doors into the apartment buildings. Requires several call to office in order to get maintenance jobs completed. I am paying rent and when I put in job maintenance I shouldn’t have to go looking for maintenance or to the front office for the jobs to get taken care of. And when maintenance does show up they don’t seem to know what they have to fix and constantly asking me, they don’t look at the job tickets beforehand. The community is peaceful and everyone seems peaceful pleasant as well especially the maintenance and office staff. People are nice and friendly & Its peaceful and quiet..
Juanita who works in the office along with Lindsey and Diane are very helpful. The maintainence men Hutch Israel and Sam always follow up on the work orders. Hutch even gave us advice on how to lower our electric bill. My husband and I were Juanita's 1st tenants when she started a year ago.

Spacious closets and even the easy to use laundry facilities.
